We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and other serviceable areas.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

• Major cities: 2–4 business days • Other areas: 3–7 business days Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be communicated or displayed at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless a promotional offer states otherwise.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number where available so you can track your shipment.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

• Delivery address
